Aligarh Hindi Movie Review

Actors in lead role : Manoj Bajpayee, Rajkummar Rao, Ashish Vidyarthi.

Director: Hansal Mehta

The appeal of Aligarh movie's lies in the fact that it accomplishes by painting a deeply affecting portrayal of love and loneliness. Hard-hitting film Aligarh openly advocates gay rights.

The world of Siras is open for exploration throughout the film. It makes it possible for you to fully understand his depression. It also makes a horrifying accusation that you are to blame for his precarious circumstances.

Siras dies on his own, under mysterious circumstances. We acknowledge that, in some little way, we are all accountable for the emergence of a culture that kills a kind, content guy simply because of his sexual choices.

Hansal and author Apurva Asrani have dramatised the tragedy of Siras without using strident or belligerent language. And director Hansal Mehta approaches the subject matter in a wonderful way.

It was an early morning in Aligarh, when the newspaper reporter Deepu Sebastian was telling his editor about the story of a gay professor at Aligarh University.

The Professor S. Siras had been captured by a sting operation Video while having sex with a rickshaw driver. Although it was obvious that the sting operation had violated his privacy, the university decided to punish the victim rather than the offenders.

Siras was put on leave and forced to leave his house. According to Deepu, It's a human speech, so he wants to make a report on the controversy.

This is a dark story that is told with kindness. Hansal is a humanist who infuses beauty into even the most gloomy circumstances.

So Professor Siras tried to find the comfort in Lata Mangeshkar's voice. In an amazing three-minute clip, Siras can be seen listening to Lata singing Aapki nazron ne samjha pyaar ke kaabil mujhe while swaying.

Siras, who is also a poet, finds happiness in the lilt of her voice and the moving words. Since Siras won't find any shelter from the storm, the lines, "Koi Toofan Se Kehde Mil Gaya Saahil Mujhe," are especially heartbreaking.

Siras almost blushes when Deepu insists that she looks good while Siras pose for a selfie with Deepu.

When Deepu asks Siras if he is gay in another scenario, pay attention to Manoj's facial expressions. How can someone sum up my emotions in three words, Siras replies. As the passionate journalist who forms an uncommon bond, Rajkummar Rao is also charming.

Without the extraordinary skill of Manoj Bajpayee, who plays Siras, Aligarh would not be conceivable. He hunches his shoulders. He smiles tentatively. Additionally, the violence of the world appears to have a constant effect on his eyes.

The brilliance of Aligarh is that it makes a strong case for LGBT rights while simultaneously creating a very affecting portrayal of love and loneliness. Without Manoj Bajpayee's incredible talent, the movie would not have been conceivable.
